Received the paper towel holder and one of the screws was puncturing the suction cup so it wouldn't hold suction. Seasucker sent me a new one as soon as I let them know what happen and sent the attach picture. Appreciate their promptness in taking care of it.

The SeaSuckers on my boat work flawlessly. In one instance there was a slight imperfection in a screw hole. SeaSucker immediately sent out replacement components. They handled a small issue in a big way! I offshore fish in the Cayman Islands, and I rely on the Seasucker quality.

Seasucker sent a replacement suction cup and my iPad mount works great. I like no drilling or making holes to mount anything

The pad works fine. The reason for only 3 stars is due to the fact that the original pads were only a year old. They stopped being able to grip for more than a couple hours. They should last longer than a year.
