Product instructions for the white hand grasp product missing the essential first step to remove the cover.The white product and cover are the same color and similar shape so it's not intuitive to remove the cover. I believe it would be intuitive for the black product because the cover is white. However there is no first step in instructions to remove cover. Would be like teaching colectomy and forgetting the first step which is an abdominal incision

It’s not well assembled and the sucker won’t hold up with a full bottle of shampoo. The arm??? Connection is too loose and serves no purpose

The arm is for both holding items such as shampoo and condition bottles in place without them falling out. However you can always move and reposition the arm to hold towels, or switch it to the vertical position on top to serve as a transport handle.
